Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
How to Start a Return
Email us at team@its-really-a-writing-pen-that-you-can-clip-in-yo.madethis.app with your order number and we’ll take it from there.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on ink cartridge refill packs for hygiene reasons. All refill pack sales are final.
